Dental Aligners System Playbooks

Turn diagnosis into execution.

Align AI identifies what is limiting clear-aligner growth. Dental Aligners System Playbooks give your team the workflows, roles, scripts, training, tasks and measurement plan to change it.

One diagnosis. One focused implementation system. One team moving in the same direction.Measured on installation, not launch.

Contextual recommendation

Your team shouldn’t have to search a library and guess what to use.

Content libraries make the user decide: what should I watch, which template applies, where do I start. Align AI reverses that model.

The library exists in the background. The practice experiences the system as the next recommended intervention.

Stop giving the team ten priorities.
Give them one system to install.

One constraint, one playbook, one window, two owners, one KPI. Everything else waits.

Implementation fidelity

A playbook isn’t installed because someone opened it.
Fidelity is the product.

Align AI cannot learn much from “we recommended Playbook X.” It needs to know what was actually installed, who did it, how completely it was executed, what changed, and what happened next. That record is what turns a playbook from content into operating infrastructure.

So every playbook is measured on installation, not launch. “We launched it” and “the team runs it on every case” are different sentences, and only the second one can teach the system anything.

Different implementation.

Implementation memory

The practice should remember what it already tried.

Every active playbook writes a historical record: when it launched, who owned it, how well it was executed, what changed, and what was learned. The next coordinator inherits it.

Playbooks are how the AI COO turns decisions into work.

The playbook stays part of the daily operating experience. It does not disappear into a training library after launch.

Your current priority remains case acceptance. Implementation on the Same-Day Acceptance Playbook is 78%.

Doctor handoff is now within target. Financing presentation remains below the required execution standard.

I recommend keeping the current playbook active and focusing Friday’s coaching session on financing.

Learning system

Over time, the system can learn which interventions work under which conditions.

As participating practices generate structured implementation evidence, Align AI can increasingly compare constraint, practice characteristics, playbook used, implementation fidelity, time to improvement and outcome.

Which interventions tend to perform best for practices in situations like this?
